Information, Rules, & Regulations Policy
1. Please have your child at the studio on time, and return for them promptly when class is over. They are unsupervised after their class has been dismissed.
2. Please see that your child does not miss lessons, except for illness or other unavoidable circumstances. Absences slow the progress for everyone. If your child misses 8 classes from January to May, this will prohibit them from participating in the end of the year show.
3. No food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
4. Please use the inside lane of the drive for parking and student pick-up. The outside lane is to be used for student drop-off. The entrance and exit of the drive is clearly marked.
5. Tuition is due the 1st lesson of the month. Tuition is the same each month. There is no deduction for vacations, snow days, etc. You may use the door drop-slot, or mail tuition to P.O. Box 293, Atlanta, TX 75551. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for tuition not paid by the 15th of each month. *Tuition can be paid online. See Miss Tammie for more information.
6. Costume deposits are due November 1st. Costume balance and Program Fees are due February 1st.
7. Proper attire must be worn to all classes. Attire and shoes for classes can be ordered through the Studio. Secure hair in ponytail, bun, etc., off of face for all classes. No watches, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or rings are allowed in classes. Suitable covering must be worn to and from all classes. Do not wear ballet, tap, jazz, shoes to and from the studio. No street worn shoes will be allowed in the teaching area of the studio. This also includes parents and/or visitors. All street shoes must be left in the waiting area.
8. The studio will observe the following holidays during the school year:
Thanksgiving • Christmas Good Friday • Atlanta ISD Spring Break
** Please note: If schools are dismissed for inclement weather, the dance studio will also be closed.
